Civil Engineer / Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer / Project Manager to lead and manage civil engineering projects from planning through execution. This role requires a strong technical background in civil engineering combined with project management expertise to ensure timely, on-budget, and high-quality project delivery. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented problem-solver with a track record of managing infrastructure, land development, or construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

: Plan, design, and oversee civil engineering projects including roads, drainage systems, buildings, and infrastructure developments. Manage all phases of project lifecycle: budgeting, scheduling, permitting, construction supervision, and closeout. Coordinate with clients, contractors, government agencies, and stakeholders. Prepare project proposals, cost estimates, technical reports, and contract documents. Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, standards, and safety regulations. Monitor progress and performance of projects, resolving issues proactively. Lead project teams and manage resources effectively. Conduct site visits, inspections, and risk assessments.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred). Professional Engineer (PE) license required or ability to obtain within 6 months. 5+ years of civil engineering experience with at least 2 years in a project management role. Proven experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Project, and other relevant tools. Strong knowledge of local zoning laws, permitting processes, and civil design standards.
