Programme overview
The Zoho Developer Internship & Practical Training Program is a 12-week self-paced training program focused on Zoho CRM, Deluge scripting, workflow automation, Zoho Creator, integrations, and business process automation.
This course helps learners understand the Zoho ecosystem through practical lessons, assignments, quizzes, mini projects, and real-time business use cases. Learners will work with applications such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, and Zoho Projects while building automation workflows and custom business solutions.
The program covers CRM architecture, workflow automation, Blueprint configuration, form building, API integrations, dashboards, ticket systems, invoicing pipelines, and advanced CRM implementation concepts. Learners will also complete practical labs including immigration consultancy CRM systems, automated lead workflows, student enrollment applications, and invoicing automation projects.
The final phase of the program focuses on capstone project development, documentation, testing, resume building, LinkedIn optimization, and interview preparation to support career opportunities within the Zoho ecosystem.
